– Sản phẩm được phép trả lại hàng trong vòng 5 ngày kể từ ngày nhận hàng.
– Sản phẩm trả phải là sản phẩm chưa qua sử dụng, không bị dơ bẩn.
– Khách hàng sẽ được hoàn lại 100% số tiền đã thanh toán qua chuyển khoản, trong thời gian không quá 7 ngày; kể từ thời điểm Sina Cova xác nhận tình trạng và nghiệm thu lại sản phẩm.
2. Quy định đổi hàng:
– Sản phẩm được đổi 1 lần duy nhất trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ ngày nhận hàng.
– Sản phẩm đổi phải là sản phẩm chưa qua sử dụng, không bị dơ bẩn.
– Sản phẩm đổi phải có giá bằng hoặc cao hơn giá sản phẩm đã mua. Khách hàng sẽ không được hoàn lại tiền thừa nếu sản phẩm đổi có giá trị thấp hơn sản phẩm đã mua.
– Trường hợp sản phẩm được đặt trong thời gian diễn ra chương trình khuyến mãi; quý khách vui lòng đổi sản phẩm trong thời gian diễn ra chương trình để được áp dụng mức giá ưu đãi.
– Các sản phẩm ưu đãi từ 50% trở lên, sản phẩm đồng giá, quà tặng trong chương trình khuyến mãi; sẽ không áp dụng chính sách đổi trả theo nhu cầu của khách hàng. Trừ trường hợp sản phẩm bị lỗi do nhà sản xuất.
Do đó, khi nhận hàng quý khách vui lòng kiểm tra thật kỹ sản phẩm trước khi thanh toán.
3. Hướng dẫn đổi trả sản phẩm:
Quý khách hàng khi có nhu cầu đổi trả sản phẩm có thể gửi sản phẩm qua đường bưu điện.
Quý khách vui lòng gửi sản phẩm, phụ kiện đi kèm, quà khuyến mãi (nếu có); kèm theo vận đơn và hóa đơn GTGT (nếu có) về địa chỉ: Tầng 4, tòa nhà Thống Nhất, 25 Tô Vĩnh Diện, Thanh Xuân, Hà Nội.
Sau khi nhận được sản phẩm, chúng tôi sẽ tiến hàng kiểm tra chất lượng hàng hóa (quá trình này mất khoảng từ 1 – 2 ngày). Sina Cova sẽ thông báo kết quả cho khách hàng qua điện thoại và tin nhắn sau khi việc kiểm tra hoàn tất.
Lưu ý: Trên bưu phẩm ghi rõ “Đổi hàng E-commerce” hoặc Trả hàng E-commerce”. Khách hàng chịu trách nhiệm về trạng thái nguyên vẹn của sản phẩm khi gửi về Sina Cova.
Chi phí đổi trả sản phẩm:
– Sina Cova miễn phí đổi trả sản phẩm cho khách trong trường hợp sản phẩm bị lỗi sản xuất, bị trầy xước khi vận chuyển, giao nhầm.
– Tuy nhiên, trong trường hợp khách hàng muốn đổi trả sản phẩm vì lí do chủ quan; như không vừa size, không thích màu…, khách hàng vui lòng chịu phí vận chuyển.
Chính sách vận chuyển:
1. Giao hàng miễn phí
Mọi đơn hàng Sina Cova mua qua các kênh online, đều được áp dụng chính sách giao hàng miễn phí.
2. Phí vận chuyển & thời gian vận chuyển.
– Dịch vụ giao hàng tiêu chuẩn
+ Thời gian giao hàng: từ 3 – 10 ngày (không bao gồm ngày thứ 7, Chủ nhật và Lễ Tết) kể từ khi đơn hàng được xác nhận.
+ Phí vận chuyển: MIỄN PHÍ.
– Dịch vụ giao hàng hỏa tốc: khách hàng chịu phí.
+ Thời gian giao hàng: từ 2 – 4 ngày (không bao gồm ngày thứ 7, Chủ nhật và Lễ Tết) kể từ khi đơn hàng được xác nhận.
+ Phí vận chuyển: khách hàng thanh toán trực tiếp cho đơn vị vận chuyển. Mức phí vận chuyển sẽ thay đổi tùy thuộc vào trọng lượng đơn hàng và địa điểm nhận hàng. Mức phí giao hàng chi tiết sẽ được hiển thị khi đặt hàng.
3. Những lưu ý khi nhận hàng:
– Quý khách hàng vui lòng kiểm tra sản phẩm ngay tại chỗ trước khi thanh toán (nếu có) cho nhân viên giao hàng.
– Khách hàng có trách nhiệm kiểm tra hàng hóa khi nhận hàng. Khi phát hiện hàng hóa bị hư hại, trầy xước, bể vỡ, móp méo; hoặc sai hàng hóa, sai kích thước, sai màu sắc.
Thì, khách hàng ký xác nhận tình trạng hàng hóa với Nhân viên giao nhận; và thông báo ngay cho Bộ phận Chăm sóc khách hàng của SINA COVA; qua hotline 0907412222 để được hỗ trợ.
– Khi sản phẩm được giao tới tay khách hàng phải đảm bảo còn nguyên đai, nguyên kiện, còn niêm phong; chưa có dấu hiệu bóc mở… đầy đủ chứng từ, hóa đơn của SINA COVA.
Nếu khách hàng thấy điều bất thường, có thể từ chối nhận hàng và liên hệ ngay Bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng của SINA COVA qua hotline 0907412222.
Sau khi ký nhận hàng:
– Sau khi khách hàng đã ký nhận hàng mà không ghi chú, hoặc có ý kiến về hàng hóa. SINA COVA không có trách nhiệm với những yêu cầu đổi trả vì hư hỏng, trầy xước, bể vỡ; móp méo, sai hàng hóa… từ khách hàng sau này.
– Trong trường hợp giao hàng chậm trễ mà không báo trước, khách hàng có thể từ chối nhận hàng; và SINA COVA sẽ hoàn trả toàn bộ số tiền mà khách hàng đã trả trước (nếu có) trong vòng 07 ngày làm việc.
– SINA COVA cam kết tất cả hàng hóa gửi đến khách hàng theo đơn hàng; đều là hàng chính hãng mới 100% (có đầy đủ chứng từ, tem tag).
